Everyone is very friendly, sympathetic with the hassle of having to bring in a car to be fixed and empathetic about the stress it causes. I am very frustrated and disappointed. My TL has now been returned three times for the same issue and it remains unresolved. Called service asking a question regarding the navigation code and the friendly women guided me and advised that would not start due to the battery. I got into the dealership at 8:30 AM. There was a line that went very quickly. I had called ahead so all the paperwork to be signed was there. They had told me it would be agout 2 hrs and I opted to wait that went very quickly. I had called ahead so all the paperwork to be signed was there. A number of coupons are available on their website. I forgot to check them before taking my car in for service. Instead of coupons, perhaps they should consider giving all customers the discount. The service is always excellent at West Chester Acura; if one service rep is busy, the others are willing to step right up to assist. The price was right around the number that I expected.
