I bought my car from Acura West Chester in 2003 and have had my car serviced there ever since. The people are friendly, the online scheduling system easy to use and they confirm your appointment promptly. J had my car serviced there ever since. John,has always been my service rep and he explains things to me and always lets me know if the item is a safety issue or something I can let go for awhile. They always let me know the pricing up front and if they can cut me a break on the price, they will. I even had Darren, the sales manager, accept an out of date coupon because I couldn't get my car in during the time the coupon was effective. I will continue to bring my car to Acura West Chester for service and buy another Acura when I need a new car (hopefully, it won't be for awhile as I love my 2004 Acura TSX). More

The service department is very consistant and fast. The staff goes out of their way to be polite and helpful. The express service (for oil change/tire rotation) is especially convenient. They are certainly the best in the area for service of your Acura (or Honda.) More

I used the Acura website to make an appt for an inspection and oil change and within a few minutes I had received a confirmation email from the dealership along with a phone call letting me know I inspection and oil change and within a few minutes I had received a confirmation email from the dealership along with a phone call letting me know I was all set for my appointment and my rental for the day. The morning drop off was a piece of cake - drove right up, walked into the office where in five minutes I was set with the service order and keys to my rental. So quick, in fact, that when I walked back out the door the rental car was warmed up and waiting for me. They had my service done within two hours and the rental drop off/car pick up was just as fast as the morning was. Amazing people, great and easy service. I'd come back here again and again. More

I brought my car in for its complimentary first service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I had a few scratches on the car and they buffed them out for no charge.
