Purchased vehicle on 12/31 when dealership was closing early. Vehicle cleanliness was less than expected upon delivery and needed to return for fluid checks as part of a dealer transfer. I have been to this dealership several times for a oil change and various maintenance for my Acura TL. I have always had a great experience with each visit. They always have plenty of service advisors handy, and even the waiting experience is pleasant (valets for your car returned for every service since. West Chester Acura's service team continues to impress me. My wife and I purchased a 2004 MDX there, and have enjoyed servicing our vehicle there as their staff continues to be pleasant, prompt and relia me. I've given them a 5 for all categories, save quality of work, save price, as I feel their costs could be more competitive for some of the basic maintenance items, like inspections/emissions, or replacing brake pads. However, for the convenience and outstanding customer service, and ensuring my now six-year-old, 120k mile vehicle stays in top shape, it's been worth it. More
