I worked with the salesman Ellio to find the Acura TSX that I bought. He was attentive and friendly. However, I was disappointed when I recieved a call from Ellio on the day I was to pick up my car, tel that I bought. He was attentive and friendly. However, I was disappointed when I recieved a call from Ellio on the day I was to pick up my car, telling me not to come get it. He said the finance department was too busy with deliveries that had arrived, and did not have time for me. It was still early in the day, and I had already returned the rental car I was using. I didn't like having to be so insistent, but finally after asking to speak to a manager, Ellio said I could come get the car. Bob Earle was the very nice finance employee I worked with. It was a pleasant experience. Marie Pasquella was the service appointment clerk who helped me. She was great. She phoned me to make sure everything was in order, and reminded me about what needed to be done at the DMV to get the car registered in Delaware. My car had a couple cosmetic fixes done. Originally, there was a slight pimple on the dash. Rather than cut it down and try to fix it, they replaced the entire dash. Now there is no unsightly discoloration or anything! The car was simonized, and Marie made sure the job looked perfect before I drove it away. I had a crazy idea about getting blue foot lights installed on my 2010 TSX, like there were on the 2012 I had been loaned. She found the right person to answer my questions about that (unfortunately not possible on the 2010). One final note, I was very pleased to be loaned a car comparable to my own while they were doing the service work on it. One final note, I was very pleased to get an email directly from Darren Griffin, the service manager, checking on if I was pleased with the work. Also, I recieved an email from John Davenport alerting me when the work was done on my car, and John J. Brescia, the general manager, all making sure I was satisfied. Personally, I like communicating through email because it is a form of record keeping. Overall, I was pleased the with attention I was given during my purchase, and the quality of the work. More

I just purchased a 2012 Acura TSX last week. The whole experience was great. John Brescia and Ellsworth Rhedrick assited me and my wife through the process. What was realy is impressive is that when I picked up my car Ellsworth came out to the car with me and assisted in setting everything up. When I drove away my cell phone was linked via Bluetooth and my phone’s address book was down loaded into the car. I was only a mle away from the dealer and I was able to call my wife from the car’s hands free phone system. I have a friend who just purchased a Volvo from right down the road. When I asked if they are using the hand free phone they told me that everytime they attempted to set it up they failed. That they had called their salesman and asked him how to do it and he told tham that he did not have a clue. They could not believe that my saleman helped me set everything up before I left the parking lot. I just rolled over 1,000 miles, and I have to say my Acura TSX is everything I expected and more. I would like to thank both John and Ellsworth, I love my Acura TSX. More

Their sercive center is top notch and second to none from the time you pull up till the time you pull away. Had a sudden car emergency on my way to work, called the service shop, they took me right in,had a the time you pull up till the time you pull away. We had an issue of the car stopping and John and all worked with me until they solved the problem. This Acura runs like a new car. Last night I have a passenger in the car ask me if this was a new car. I enjoy dealing with this dealership, feeling good while I am there and when I leave. Everyone makes me feel like I am the only one that they are dealing with, from the moment I drive in, until the moment I drive away. Most people working there know my name.
