Sales were good after much negotiation. We bought here because of other good reviews for sales and service on our 2013 RDX. So far so good. Darren, Svs Mgr, said he'd work until wheel vibration was resolved and he delivered as promised. Gail kept in touch with me all along and when she told me the "brake problem" I thought I had was just some g resolved and he delivered as promised. This was the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a car. The sales manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The car that I came to pick up had body damage that was no to purchase a car. The sales manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The car that I came to pick up had body damage that was not there when I put down a deposit. When I came to pick up the car it apparently had been in some type of accident since there were nummerous scrapes, a broken light and reflector. It seems as if they were hoping I would not notice the damages and the sales manager became extremely condescending when I asked about the problems. When I said I did not want the car he refused to repair the damages as well as refund my deposit. Very shady. More

I have been a customer of Piazza Acura since buying my first Acura in 1989. I have always found Piazza to not only give stellar service, but want to give stellar service. Darren is constantly working to find ways to improve on every aspect of what his service department can do. He is never satisfied with the status quo, regardless of how good it might be. Piazza should count itself blessed to have him head its service division. "Can do" for service is what you will always get--never excuses. Take it from me as a result of being a customer for 23 years. More
