Recently purchased a new MDX from Piazza Acura. The sales/finance department conducted themselves with integrity and with a friendly demeanor. Negotiations were conducted from a standards based approach, avoiding positions. We were happy with the price, the terms, and extremely happy with the vehicle. We elected to have the Zurich Shield (exterior paint and interior protectant) product applied to our new vehicle, as opposed to seeking an aftermarket 3M installation. The service department was attentive and communicated the expectations around timing, etc., very clearly. To my knowledge, the Service Dept of a dealership typically brings in about 60% of the revenue. As such, attention to detail is typically paid to the experience. That's my only point of improvement. Say you pull into Scott Honda (in West Chester, PA), here's what happens: 1) Your met by an attendant in a Scott Honda Shirt/Jacket as soon as you pull on to the dealership. They indicate which bay to pull into for service, or where to park if you're looking for sales 2) The aesthetics of the garage door, floor, cleanliness, etc., speak to the quality of the service/dealership 3) After pulling into the garage an attendant immediately begins interacting with you and the vehicle, gathering your appointment time and purpose, along with performing an immediate safety check on your car lights, tires, etc. 4) Once the service is complete you leave through an exit that is well maintained Now, at Piazza Acura, here's what happens: 1) You pull into the dealership and begin looking for signs to the service department, after finding them, you pull up to a less than modern garage door with an untreated concrete surface 2) There is a delay in the attendant addressing you; they aren't identifiable by their clothing (no Piazza T-Shirt, etc.) and are seated away from the entrance reading newspapers, etc. 3) Once the car keys are transferred you walk in to an office without a specific person to address and begin the interaction explaining your appointment time, etc. 4) When the service is finished and you pull out of the garage, there is an unkempt area to your left In business and life, you should present yourself in the manner in which you wish to be received. CEO's wear suits for a reason. Piazza Acura, while delivering adequate service and great vehicles, is wearing a wrinkled pair of khaki's with its shirt half un-tucked. More

This is the best dealership I have dealt with in my 50+ years of driving. I am always greeted by name and made to feel like a valued customer. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Piazza Acura of West Chester, and I have been dealing with this agency since owning my first Acura -- a 1991 Legend LS, (which I still have) in addition to my 2000 TL. When I have an appointment, my car is taken in at the appointed time, so there is no unnecessary waiting. The service department keeps my cars running great. The prices are reasonable; and, obviously, they only use Acura parts. I would, and have, recommended this agency to friends. More
The team in the service department was very responsive and even adjusted our scheduled service time to accommodate a last minute change in my work schedule.
