Being a procrastinator I Waited until the last minute to get my car inspected and serviced. I also had some maintainence work that need to be done. Bill was very accomdating in getting me an appointment. Up get my car inspected and serviced. I also had some maintainence work that need to be done. Upon arrival I pulled right in and was greeted by a smile by the young man in the service department who opened my door and directed me to the desk. Bill proceeded to evaluate all of my concerns to make sure they were addressed during my visit. He was very friendly even though it was almost closing time . Upon pick up he greeted me with a smile and walke me to check out and was happy to explain my charges. The young lady behind the cashier desk was equally as nice. I did not buy my car here due to price but as another dealership. It is worth it to me to forfeit all of their coupons for service to visit this dealership. The level of customer service that Bill all the way to the young boy who opened my door has never been displayed anywhere else. I am happy to say I will continue to do all of my maintainence on my 2009 MDX at this location . I went in on a busy Saturday. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours for the services. I hardly had enough time to enjoy the Starbucks coffee and visit the showroom, when the car was completed (within 1 hour 1/2 hours for the services. The manager also told me that the battery was registering weak, so they changed it out under warranty. That is looking out for the customer. I love my car (TSX)and the dealership. The salesman, Rob, always remembers me too and is quick to say hello. More

I just bought a new Acura 2013 RDX and brought back in for a few accessories to be added. From the moment I drove up to the service area until everything was completed, I felt as though I was the most im for a few accessories to be added. The door to the service office was held open and I was greeted, paperwork was completed quickly, a new and very clean rental was brought around for me to use for the day, my briefcase and other items were loaded into the rental for me, it was very quick, friendly,I was not out in the elements, and my return to pick up my finished vehicle was done the same way, quick, efficient and friendly. I am very happy that we chose this dealership for our new car and ongoing business. More
