I have been a customer of Piazza Acura since buying my first Acura in 1989. I have always found Piazza to not only give stellar service, but want to give stellar service. Darren is constantly working to f first Acura in 1989. I have always found Piazza to not only give stellar service, but want to give stellar service. Darren is constantly working to find ways to improve on every aspect of what his service department can do. He is never satisfied with the status quo, regardless of how good it might be. Piazza should count itself blessed to have him head its service division. "Can do" for service is what you will always get--never excuses. I cannot say enough great things about Darren. His priority was to make me happy and he succeeded. We talked a few times going over different questions/concerned I had. He even went with me for a drive in my car to go over my concerns. I have had both my vehicles serviced at this dealership and find them very good and professional for my MDX and TL models. I am able to drop off vehicle the night before when necessary and most time they and find them very good and professional for my MDX and TL models. This visit was a recall visit so there were no problems. My previous visit was a sensor malfunction which was fixed under warranty; however, the service advisor stated my brakes were "OK" but suggested repl My previous visit was a sensor malfunction which was fixed under warranty; however, the service advisor stated my brakes were "OK" but suggested replacement (this was early 2012). Upon this visit, my brakes still have not been changed but now meet limits at 6/32's. Immediately after my earlier visit this year, I took it to my local guy who confirmed no new brakes were needed. I'm a little dubious, so be aware about what your car needs before going here. I'd take it somewhere else anyway as the cost here (or any dealership) is very high. More
Had a problem with the speebometer on my 2005 TL. Since that didn't work, I also had problems with my Nav system and the lockout for my reverse gate on my manual trans. They replaced the sensor and all thr that didn't work, I also had problems with my Nav system and the lockout for my reverse gate on my manual trans. They replaced the sensor and all three items are working properly.They also found that I needed rear brakes and I asked them tp change the oil while it was in. The work was done quickly and I'm happy with the results. More
