Piazza Acura of West Chester responded

This vehicle was held for the customer for 3.5 weeks. The vehicle had a few stone chips on the hood, a thin scratch on the front bumper and a small crack in the thin chrome strip in the rear bumper. ALL present when the vehicle was test driven prior to deposit being given. There was a crack in the turn signal lens on the driver’s side mirror that we did not notice, but we did offer to fix this asap. The customer was told that their deposit was refundable only if their inheritance check did not come through as expected.

Not true about the deposit or the condition of the car. I was told that I would get the deposit back if I found another car which I did not...wanted the car I test drove. The friend who accompanied me on the test drive confirmed that the damage did not exist. It was certainly my fault for not taking pictures of the car but thought I was dealing with a trustworthy dealership. Unfortunately that was not the case.
