When I arrived at the dealership they were prepared for my visit and had a courtesy loaner vehicle ready for me to use for the day. Later that same afternoon, I was contacted by the dealer and informed that my Jeep was ready. They found the problem with the brakes, made appropriate repairs and even replaced the rear brake pads...all at no charge to me.
