I went in on a busy Saturday. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours for the services. I hardly had enough time to enjoy the Starbucks coffee and visit the showroom, when the car was completed (within 1 hour 1/2 hours for the services. The manager also told me that the battery was registering weak, so they changed it out under warranty. That is looking out for the customer. I love my car (TSX)and the dealership. I just bought a new Acura 2013 RDX and brought back in for a few accessories to be added. From the moment I drove up to the service area until everything was completed, I felt as though I was the most im for a few accessories to be added. From the moment I drove up to the service area until everything was completed, I felt as though I was the most important customer they had ever had! The door to the service office was held open and I was greeted, paperwork was completed quickly, a new and very clean rental was brought around for me to use for the day, my briefcase and other items were loaded into the rental for me, it was very quick, friendly,I was not out in the elements, and my return to pick up my finished vehicle was done the same way, quick, efficient and friendly. I am very happy that we chose this dealership for our new car and ongoing business. More

Very happy with the speed of service and friendliness. Have to admit that driver side seat trim was dirty after service- maybe due to service tech shoes? Overall, I was really impressed with the entire process that Piazza Acura of West Chester implements. A quick email to Marie, and she set up my appointment to fix a recall and scheduled me for a loaner vehicle. Upon arriving the morning of my appointment (with my 2-year old daughter), I pulled up into the covered bay and unloaded my vehicle. The paperwork was ready to go, and after a few quick signatures, my vehicle was pulled away and within minutes, the loaner car was pulled up to the same spot. I put all of my belongings into the vehicle and was on my way. I received a call when the vehicle was ready and they also provided a multi-point inspection. They found a few issues that should be addressed and provided an estimated cost to resolve. The return process was just as simple. I really appreciate this type of attention to detail. I visited the dealership for the first oil change on my TL because it was free. I used the express and was quickly on my way. My TL was in for some touchup/warranty right after I bought it. It was a scheduled appt and they didn't have a loaner car as promised and didn't seem to pleased that they had to give me a car off their used lot instead. I'm still waiting for the bottle of touch up paint they promised me when I bought it 3 months ago. More
