Had a quick repair needed on my grill. Ended up dropping off my car a day early because I was in the area and they were able to complete it the same day which was excellent customer service. The dealership is very accomodating and works to get you in and back on the road as quickly as possible. They review the work done and also give you an idea of what other service needs might be required in in and back on the road as quickly as possible. They are always very low pressure in suggesting other service needs that might be of interest but are not required at the time of the visit. More

Customer service was fast and helpful. I waited while the service was done. It was quick and complimentary bottled water, soft drinks and coffee was available while I waited. I went to Piazza Acura of West Chester for my first service visit on my TSX. I pulled up, gave them my info and told them the car's readout said A1. They told me I needed an oil/filter change and the t service visit on my TSX. I pulled up, gave them my info and told them the car's readout said A1. They told me I needed an oil/filter change and the tires rotated. And someone was ahead of me. So I expected a long wait. Before I could read the news paper and watch the news my car was ready, and they even washed and vacuumed it out. But the best news is that it only cost $24.95, the first oil change is free.
