I have had my 2007 RDX since it was new, and have taken it for service to Piazza West Chester for as long as I have had it. My car still runs like it is new, and I have always been happy with the people s it for service to Piazza West Chester for as long as I have had it. My car still runs like it is new, and I have always been happy with the people servicing it. I feel confident when I leave that my car will continue to run like new. Once in awhile you might find someone who will service for less money, but I prefer to go to someone I trust with a proven track record. More

Danger! Incompetent receptionist! The other day I stop by to fix a small problem and talk to the guys in the service building. They assure me that it is an easy fix that can be take care of easily and quickl to fix a small problem and talk to the guys in the service building. They assure me that it is an easy fix that can be take care of easily and quickly. When went inside to talk to the receptionist she told me that I need to call and schedule an appointment, live my car for at the dealership and that car needs to be re-inspected etc. I am Ok with the fact that they would like to re-inspect my car, although I would appreciate if she can explain why. Also why do I need to call in for appointment if I am already there?????? There was no one else in waiting area, so they were obviously not that busy. So it all stopped there for me. More
