I purchased a used car at a dealer that was far from my home. I went to Piazza Acuramto diagnose an issue with the SRS unit. As usual the service and professionalism one experiences at Piazza Acura is second to none. The scheduled warranty work and servicing of my MDX was performed quickly, efficiently and professionally. I drove into the dealership for the express service, and they pointed out that my inspection sticker was going to expire that same day, and made time to inspect my car while I was there. During the inspecti they pointed out that my inspection sticker was going to expire that same day, and made time to inspect my car while I was there. During the inspection they discovered that I also could use new tires, so they were able to install 4 new tires/balance them during the same visit. Total wait time was less than 2 hours for oil change, inspection, new tires & tire rotation, all without an appointment. In addition, they made the call to my auto insurance co to obtain a fax of my current Proof of Insurance card, which I didn't have on me at the time. Very helpful, professional, and courteous. Nice waiting area with TV, Starbucks coffee, and snacks. They always give me a voucher for a free car wash when my car is serviced there as well. More
