I decided to take my Acura RDX to Piazza of West Chester, even though I purchased my vehicle at Piazza of Ardmore and had it serviced there a few times. My reason for the switch to Piazza Acura of West Ches even though I purchased my vehicle at Piazza of Ardmore and had it serviced there a few times. My reason for the switch to Piazza Acura of West Chester is because my service experiences at Ardmore were sub-par at best. My hope was that the West Chester dealership would prvide better customer service, because I wanted my car to be serviced by an Acura department. My hope becamse a reality. The service department at Piazza of West Chester was excellent. I was greeted immediately. I had my entire service previewed, including cost. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and upon leaving I was given another review of the service completed. The entire experience was exactly what I would expect from a luxury car dealership/service department. I will continue to use Piazza Acura of West Chester for as long as I have my RDX. More
I had my new MDX in for repair of the rear fender which was nicked by a driver who failed to negotiat the parking space next to us. We were given an initial estimate by a body shop in Kennett Square, but was nicked by a driver who failed to negotiat the parking space next to us. We were given an initial estimate by a body shop in Kennett Square, but we wanted the work done by Acura. I'm glad we did. The result is the fender looks just like new. The car was returned in 2 -days, and was cleaned up and looking brand new. The gentlemen who handled the service for me were very customer oriented and wanted to make sure the work was done well and on time. Much appreciated. Finally, know that this is our second MDX purchase from this dealership...and one of the primary reasons we stayed with the brand and came back to Piazza Acura was the service orientation we have consistently received. I brought my 2000 Acura TL in with transmission and several other problems. Stuart Magerfleisc worked with me to get my transmission replaced under warranty which I didn't even know about. He researche several other problems. Stuart Magerfleisc worked with me to get my transmission replaced under warranty which I didn't even know about. He researched the problem and found that it was covered by warranty which I thought was long expired. I also had the timing belt, motor mounts, tie rods, water pump and state inspection all replaced. The work was done at a price I was satisfied with, in a timely manner and done properly. Additionally, when I brought the vehicle home I had a problem getting it started at which time Stuart again researched the problem and was able to resolve it over the phone. I currently own an RDX and a TL, my daughter also owns a TL and we are very satisfied with all our vehicles. In the last 15 years we have owned four Acura's and have never had a major problem with any of them aside from routine maintenance. In my opinion the Acura line are the best and most stylish vehicles on the road. Thanks Again Stuart More

I lost track of my inspection due date and contacted Lee on Thursday June27th. I explained to him my situation as we were going out of town next week for the holiday. Love the Express Saturday service - no appointment needed. My A1 service was completed in less than an hour while I waited.
