Best overall car buying experience ever! My husband and I just recently purchased a new 2016 Acura RDX. It was the most pleasant, satisfying car transaction that we have ever experienced in our last 25 years of buying cars. The sales manager, Gary MacCloskey and his team, lead sales representative, Bryan Mc Causland and sales assistant, Angela Brown, met every request we had with a can do, pleasant, no pressure attitude - and we deliberated over several things: whether to lease or purchase, which features to buy on the RDX and which of our two cars to trade in towards the new 2016 Acura. Piazza of West Chester even searched out more aggressive financing rates for us to ensure a lower monthly payment. Delivery of the car to us was extremely satisfactory - everything we asked for had been accomplished and Bryan spent an hour and a half reviewing all of the car's many features with us as it was the first time my husband and I had bought a Navigation/Tech package. My husband and I were delighted with how calm and informative this sales team was - no question was too much for them or too difficult for them to answer - and we had many questions re: lease, purchase, trade-in values for two different automobiles, etc. Unlike other dealerships, we did not have to sit and wait for answers to our questions for 10 or 20 minutes. All answers to our questions were immediate and nothing was too cumbersome for the sales team to manage to have us stay satisfied customers. This new RDX is the second car that we have purchased from Piazza Acura of West Chester. We highly recommend them. Every dealership should look to them as the platinum example of how to be successful in selling cars and keeping customer satisfaction high. Acura makes a very fine product and if they continue to use Piazza Acura of West Chester as the best example of how to run a dealership, they will sell a lot of cars. Thank you, Gary, Bryan and Angela! D & J More
Not what I expected from a CPO Acura.. Purchased a 2012 CPO Acura TL a few weeks back from Piazza Acura of West Chester. Overall, it was a decent experience but I feel the need to mentio Purchased a 2012 CPO Acura TL a few weeks back from Piazza Acura of West Chester. Overall, it was a decent experience but I feel the need to mention a few things regarding the CPO vehicle I purchased. 1. After driving the car for a few days, I noticed a popping/clunking sound from the right rear suspension area when driving over speed bumps and cracks in the road. Since I live about 50 miles from West Chester, I decided to take the car to my local Acura dealer where they diagnosed a bad right rear strut. They needed to order the strut but thankfully were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for two days until the part arrived. 2. Again, after driving my new TL for a few days, I also noticed a tiny bit of torque converter shudder when driving below 40mph and applying light throttle. I brought this to the attention of my local Acura dealer as well, and they confirmed the vehicle was in need of a transmission software update. They performed the update and confirmed this procedure took care of the transmission shudder I was experiencing. 3. I decided to examine the cabin pollen filter since I was still holding one from my previous 2010 Honda Accord which is the exact part number as my new 2012 TL. I was very surprised to see that the cabin filter was not only absolutely filthy and clogged, but there was also evidence of what looked like a rodent nest entangled within the filter assembly. I changed out the filter and am hoping that whatever built that nest is no longer living in my car. I'm really not a complainer, but I was under the impression that these CPO cars were actually checked over with a fine toothed comb (as Acura's website indicates) before being placed on the lot for sale to potential buyers. My local Acura dealership was also surprised to hear that these three big items were not addressed prior to the vehicle being posted for sale. At this point, I would still refer friends/relatives to Piazza Acura of West Chester, but I feel they could have done a better job inspecting the vehicle for issues prior to sale. More
How to ruin customer loyality and Piazza's reputation Thought I would share the note I sent to the GM at the dealership. Have not heard back and will return if i get a response. Hello John, I want to sh Thought I would share the note I sent to the GM at the dealership. Have not heard back and will return if i get a response. Hello John, I want to share our recent experience from your dealership and allow you insight into how our loyalty and your reputation was ruined. My wife and I have been a customer of yours since we leased then purchased our 2008 RL. Over the years, we have been impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. The car was never at another dealership for service. When we decided to look to purchase a new car and trade in the RL, I thought nothing about having my wife go alone to your dealership based upon our past experiences. Boy, was I wrong! Quite simply, your sales team decided to play the games you expect at most car dealerships, especially when dealing with a women. Come out with a high first price, then start the back and forth back to the sales managers office, then bring in the sales manager to try and close, back and forth some more....you know the game. I thought your dealership was above these tactics and that is why my wife decided to go alone. All those years of good will and feelings toward Piazza Acura dissipated with the gamesmanship of the sales staff. Several weeks back Jerry was her salesman. She asked for his best price on a car that had not yet been delivered ( still not at the dealership as of today) The games then begun with the initial high price, back and forth to the sales manager, etc… She came home very unnerved by the experience. Several weeks later I convinced her to go back to your dealership but this time was assigned to a different salesman with the games starting again. Back and forth, sales manager in and out..again typical dealership games we did not expect from your company. After another unnerving experience, she walked out with a significantly higher number than what was offered before and an even lower opinion of the dealership. She won’t be back a third time. Why tell you? Loyalty to a local dealer who has treated us professionally over the years, plus our desire to support local business. Maybe the gamesmanship was isolated, maybe it’s being taught, but I am sure most buyers like us do not appreciate these tired old school tactics. This is our story on how your sales team ruined customer loyalty and damaged your reputation. I hope you fix it. More

New Acura ILX This was my first experience as a new Acura Customer and I was completely satisfied with the Professionalism and Friendliness of the staff at Piazza A This was my first experience as a new Acura Customer and I was completely satisfied with the Professionalism and Friendliness of the staff at Piazza Acura of WC. Bob Ruhno went out of his way in the pouring rain to explain and show me every detail of the new ILX that I was purchasing. Bob kept me in communication while searching for the exact model and color that I wanted at a great price. Both Bob Ruhno and Christine Willis made me feel like a very important customer as they guided me through the process of buying a new car...their customer focus was outstanding and made my experience painless. I am enjoying my new Acura ILX with all the fun bells and whistles that it has to offer. I would highly recommend Piazza Acura of WC to my friends and family. More
I am submitting this review for two reasons: 1) I believe that Acura offers a superior product and 2) I believe that the services offered by Piazza Acura are second to none. I have been a customer of Piazza that Acura offers a superior product and 2) I believe that the services offered by Piazza Acura are second to none. I have been a customer of Piazza Acura for a long time and have purchased several cars from them. From my first experience with them sevaral years ago to the new TL that I purchased last week, every encounter is predictably the same - customer focused. Yes, they are interested in selling automobiles and yes, they have a service department like other dealers but its how they do what they do and their extra effort that makes me feel like I'm their most important customer every time I come in that sets them apart. My sales person, Bob Ruhno, did an outstanding job of finding out what I wanted / needed and then getting me the pricing information quickly. In addition to the unbeatable price he was also able to quickly locate the exact vehicle model and color that I wanted from their inventory. It was a completely hassle-free experience. I believe that Piazza Acura gets it that most people would rather not have to spend the time looking for a new car or bringing their car in for service. In turn, they go out of their way to value your time as much as you do. For as long as I have been doing business with Piazza Acura I can honestly say I have never had a bad expereince with sales or service. My service advisor, John Davenport, is the best in the business! DB More
