Your service technicians need to understand that their service is what separates you from others. Part of the Acura experience is service. For example, I purchased mine from Ardmore. I had an awful service experience, so I switched to West Chester. When it comes time to trade mine, I will purchase from West Chester and my wife might do the same. So one negative service experience cost Ardmore tens of thousands in service and possibly $75k in new cars. That's a huge loss if I'm not the only one with that experience. Darren needs to be supported that customer service is everything. He gets it! For example, they didn't re-set my 'odometer' to show 100% oil, even though I got my oil changed. Darren knew this was a big deal because the customer wants to make sure oil is changed and the settings are correct. The tech did not think it was much of an issue. Darren knows guests expect those missteps at Jiffy Lube, not Acura. Also, Megan is superb! She is a keeper! More

Very attentive to customer needs I recently purchased my new 2016 TLX from Piazza Acura of West Chester. I was originally considering purchasing from another dealership 45min from my I recently purchased my new 2016 TLX from Piazza Acura of West Chester. I was originally considering purchasing from another dealership 45min from my house that I've been a loyal customer for years. Over time I became very frustrated and disappointed with the difficulty communicating with staff members via phone at that dealer. I started taking my 2013 TSX to Piazza Acura of West Chester for services and was impressed with the ability to reach a representative when needed via phone, the service and accommodation of loaner car. When presented with a great offer to trade in my 2013 TSX via email, I immediately had to acquire about it. Internet sales manager Suzi Hendrixson was great explaining everything. I had already made up my mind about purchasing a new vehicle but the staff at Piazza Acura of West Chester made it even easier for me to decide. My sales associate Bernie was extremely helpful in making sure I got the car I wanted at the price I desired. Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the facility is huge with plenty of cars in stock. If the car you want isn't there they can find it at another dealership. Definitely worth a trip here. More
