I have been visiting Piazza Acura of Ardmore to service my RDX for last 7 years and have always been amazed by friendly, prompt and professional service. My experience with purchasing new RDX was equally great. I was promptly greeted and associate Sarah Fuller was wonderful, knowledgeable and truly professional. Financing division was very efficient and Sarah very clearly and efficiently explained all the working of the vehicle. I am really very happy with my experience at Piazza Acura. Such a horrible experience at Piazza Acura over the weekend. Traveled 2 ½ hours to see a “perfect” used Acura with 13k miles only to find a dented door upon arrival. According to the salesmen Kevin Lee – “Oh no, that wasn’t there yesterday”. Then his manager Paul Mullen says they could fix it for a few hundred dollars and offers the same amount off. Sad that they will lie to their customers with straight faces. Upon returning home without a new car, we could plainly see the touch ups they made to the photos in their online posting. Obviously the flaw was there over a month ago when it was listed and would have required more extensive repairs. Don’t trust these people. More

Bought my acura tlx here and live within 0.5 miles of dealership but will never take my car here for service again. Service is rude, unhelpful and not at all friendly. Ill take my acura up to Scott Honda dealership but will never take my car here for service again. Service is rude, unhelpful and not at all friendly. Ill take my acura up to Scott Honda for general maintenance as the service there is amazing! Its sad!! i gave piazza acura several chances but wont go back!! Also honda told me my battery needed to be replaced soon. Car inspected at acura said battery was in the green. It died at a rest stop off 95 when we ran into the restroom! Crazy. More
The customer service experience at the service department is absolutely awful! I know it’s a dealership and you will always pay a premium to get any work done at a dealership, but the pricing is beyond ridic is absolutely awful! To get billed, and at the most absurd hourly rate, for hours that were not even put into the job is robbery! I cannot believe you guys get away with what you are doing.
