Via the web, I found what I was looking for from Ardmore Acura. Jamie responded to my emails and we were able to complete much of the transaction before I even stepped foot in the showroom. I was shopping for a new car and happened to stop by Piazza Ardmore since I was in the area. I was so glad I did since my experience here far exceeded my experience at another Acura dealer. Jamie was Piazza Ardmore since I was in the area. I was so glad I did since my experience here far exceeded my experience at another Acura dealer. Jamie was very professional--actually, the whole office had a more professional feel to it. I bought a car within three days and the whole process went smoothly. Working with Scott at the end to sign all the paperwork was a breeze as well. I only wish all my friends would drive an Acura so I could refer them here. More

I have purchased three new Acuras in the last three months from Jamie and Scott ( a TL for myself, a RDX for my wife, and an ILX for my son. The rating I gave is based on the quality of the entire experience I had at the dealership. From the very first phone call I had with Jaime to the signing of the documents with Scott, I always had a sens experience I had at the dealership. From the very first phone call I had with Jaime to the signing of the documents with Scott, I always had a sense that I was dealing with individuals who were honest, committed to providing me with accurate information and the vehicle of choice. Jaime put in a lot of time and energy to get exactly what I wanted, and I am thankful. I also appreciate the fact that he was patient with me as he helped me navigate all of the high tech features of the MDX. An open invitation was extended to return to the dealership for more instruction which I'm sure I will take him up on. As Scott and I chatted while finalizing the transaction, he was thorough and friendly. I am a satisfied customer as a result of the efforts of these gentlemen. I would definitely refer family and friends to Piazza Acura of Ardmore. More
