Always Great Service I have been bringing in my 2004 TSX since I bought it and couldn't ask for better service. Whenever I have an issue, I am able to bring in my car the I have been bringing in my 2004 TSX since I bought it and couldn't ask for better service. Whenever I have an issue, I am able to bring in my car the next day and am usually set up with a loaner. After they get the car in to look at it, Tom calls and explains any problem very well, lets me know what is necessary, and anything else the tech recommends. Taking your car to the dealer may be a little more expensive, but for me it is worth the peace of mind that I know repairs were done properly using quality parts. I have never felt pressured to have any work done I felt was unnecessary and would recommend this service to anyone. More
Best possible service experience My check engine light lit up this past Friday night. I had to get a new drivers license in Ardmore so I planned to take the car in Saturday morning. I My check engine light lit up this past Friday night. I had to get a new drivers license in Ardmore so I planned to take the car in Saturday morning. I called early to get an appointment but was told no appointment needed just come in before 4:00pm. I arrived at 11:00am, was immediately greeted by an employee and asked for my keys. The door to the service department was opened for me and I was warmly greeted by a very friendly service agent who directed me to the next open service writer. Within 3 minutes my car was written up and I was on my way out the door. I went across the street to get my new drivers license. It was a little crowed at the license processing center but I was out of there in 30 minutes. Walked back to Piazza Acura had a half a cup of coffee and my car was ready. The service agent applied a coupon for the B1 service and I was on my way. Could not have gone smoother or more pleasant. Great job Piazza Acura! More
Always treated as a valued customer. I had my tires replaced at the dealership. I was given a quote (and that too similar or lower than other tire places). The representative kept me info I had my tires replaced at the dealership. I was given a quote (and that too similar or lower than other tire places). The representative kept me informed of the progress and was particularly vigilant about providing the best products. When the tires for my car were not in stock, he managed to get them from another dealer and not install two previously used tires. This was of great relief that the service person took care of that I was not given a substandard product. It only enhanced my trust in the service department at this dealership. Thank you for taking care of my car in a judicious way! More

Right on time My battery failed while I was out. I called AAA for a jump and once the car was started again I didn't want to turn it off. I called Piazza and they My battery failed while I was out. I called AAA for a jump and once the car was started again I didn't want to turn it off. I called Piazza and they told me they would schedule me right then and put in the new battery as soon as I got there. I got there, they put my battery in, washed and vacuumed my car within an hour. Such wonderful service. Thank you Tom and Piazza!! More
