I received a call from the advisor informing me of the alternatives to repair my car and the estimated costs for each alternative. My car was ready before the original time communicated to me, which I really appreciated. This is not my first experience with Piazza Acura of Ardmore. Great Customer Service No one likes to be without her car. I dropped my car off for what I expected to be a routine fix. I picked up my loaner and went on my way. I received a phone call, as promised, later that afternoon. Service would continue testing my car to determine the cause of the problem. A day later, the service department recommended a service that could alleviate the problem. In performing the recommended service, the department discovered the cause to my problem. They had to wait for a part that could take days to arrive. I received daily phone calls and updates regarding the parts and service. When I picked up my car, I did not have to pay for the recommended service; although it was needed, it was not the cause of my initial problem. Overall, the service department was responsive to my needs. More
