Annual State Inspection Called to schedule my annual state inspection and talked to the service area where I was asked when I would like to come in. I scheduled a week in advance so I was pretty lucky to get the day and time I requested. I arrived at Acura at 7 a.m. Wednesday and was greeted by the service area team who are always friendly and helpful. I waited for my car and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way by 9 a.m. I can't say enough good thing about not only the customer service but the service department as well.
