Timely, effective, and courteous service . That is how I would describe my experience with Piazza Honda this past week. I called Piazza Honda with an issue regarding the left Front wheel of . That is how I would describe my experience with Piazza Honda this past week. I called Piazza Honda with an issue regarding the left Front wheel of my 2012 TL. Given the noise coming from that part of the car, I contacted Piazza Acura and after providing them with the symptoms, I was told to drop the car off that night and they would hope to get to it the next day. A nice woman at the reception desk greeted me, provided me with a pen to write on the service envelope and explained that I had parked in the right area and that the service department would find my car. I figured I wouldn't see the car or hear from the dealership for two days. The next day to my surprise, I received a phone call from Gary Weber in the service department telling me that my car had been fixed and that it was covered under my powertrain warranty! I was thrilled to say the least! When I arrived to pick up my car I was introduced to Gary Weber. He was courteous and professional! More
