Bryant is my service agent and was extremely patient with me as I made important and large decisions about the service my car 13 year old MDX needed. He didn't pester me with follow up phone calls and allowed me the time I needed to process the information and figure out what I needed to do. I really appreciated him giving me the time and space I needed. He kept me up to date, as your dealership always does, with progress and what would be required with next steps. He helped me out with some discounting so my large bill was a little more palatable. I saved a little, and Piazza still made money. It was definitely a win-win. More

Service at Piazza Ardmore I came in for A1 service late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Although I didn't have much time that day, I needed to have this done. The shop was busy, so I was fearful it would take too long. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly I was ready to leave. Not only did they do the work I came in for, they advised me that my inspection was due next month and were able to complete all of this while I waited.
