Initially in the store, it was clear that Kevin and Jamie would do everything within their power to win our business. Ultimately, we agreed to buy a car not on the lot and was given a timeline of a week to get the car in. Towards the end of the week, I followed up via e-mail. Jamie turned a tough situation (car being delayed) into a positive one by his commitment to us as his customer. He made it clear to me that while the situation may have changed and it would take an extra few days, every effort would be made to get the car in ASAP. Jamie also went above and beyond to bring us a loaner as we were without a second car. Bryant is my service agent and was extremely patient with me as I made important and large decisions about the service my car 13 year old MDX needed. He didn't pester me with follow up phone calls and allowed me the time I needed to process the information and figure out what I needed to do. I really appreciated him giving me the time and space I needed. He kept me up to date, as your dealership always does, with progress and what would be required with next steps. He helped me out with some discounting so my large bill was a little more palatable. I saved a little, and Piazza still made money. It was definitely a win-win. More
