Rude Sales Manager The sales manager Jamie Difebo was extremely rude to me. Initially I told him I was just looking and didn't want to buy a car that day. I questioned h The sales manager Jamie Difebo was extremely rude to me. Initially I told him I was just looking and didn't want to buy a car that day. I questioned him on the quote that he gave me after I was told another price by the other sales man. I guess he thought he could get over on me because I was a woman! After negotiating with him over 20 minutes he eventually gave me the price I initiallly agreed upon only if I would sign the lease that particular day otherwise the deal was off. I told him I wanted to think about it and shop around. He spent 5 minutes asking me "What do you need to think about? Either you want the car or you don't." I asked him would he speak to me that way if I was a man and walked out. What a pompous jerk!!! More

Just wanted to send a short note saying how much I appreciated Jamie DiFebo through the buying process. Initially in the store, it was clear that Kevin and Jamie would do everything within their power to win our business. Ultimately, we agreed to buy a car not on the lot and was given a timeline of a week to get the car in. Towards the end of the week, I followed up via e-mail. Jamie turned a tough situation (car being delayed) into a positive one by his commitment to us as his customer. He made it clear to me that while the situation may have changed and it would take an extra few days, every effort would be made to get the car in ASAP. Jamie also went above and beyond to bring us a loaner as we were without a second car. Jamie responded to each and every e-mail that I sent promptly and consistently stayed with the message that we are a valued customer. I will recommend Jamie and the rest of your team at Acura of Ardmore to anyone asking about our beautiful new TLX. As Jamie and the rest of the guys know, we drove past two Acura dealerships to get to yours. I'm confident that if any issues arise with our car, it will be handled with the same professionalism and attention to detail as we've experienced in the last week. More
