I called Acura service and they scheduled me for Wednesday next week to bring the car for check up. That's almost 4 days away, so I called Tom (service Manager) and left him a message as I knew that service center closes at 3 PM on Saturday. Tom called me back on the same day and left me a message to bring the vehicle on Monday and also confirmed a loaner as long as my car is in repair. I really appreciate Tom and also Ryan for overseeing the repair work on my vehicle. My car was repaired much earlier than the estimated time they gave me. Great experience. Thank you. More
