I placed a call in the morning explaining that my battery had gone dead overnight on two separate occasions Ryan Tepper was my service representative. If I needed to be placed in a loaner, he would arrange that. My are was taken in immediately after arriving and the problem was detected. The time to service it was estimated as less than an hour. I was able to wait in the pleasant atmosphere of the waiting room. Ryan had me in and out in the time quoted. I am always pleased with the service received at this dealership. All of the service representatives are pleasant and thorough in explaining the details of your situation. Maintenance and service of your vehicle is important. Piazza Acura of Ardmore is exceptional!
