What we like about Matt is that he's honest and very knowledgeable about Acura vehicles. When we picked up our RDX, he spent a long time explaining everything about our vehicle. He was very patient with us and did not want us to leave Piazza Acura until all of our questions were answered. In fact, he invited us to come back and see him if we needed more information about this state of the art vehicle. I can honestly say that he made us feel very comfortable and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him soon. He honored our deal a month later and he kept his word. Matt is honest, dependable, and a good listener. What else can I say. He is superb! More

Matt has gone above and beyond the call every time and has become a friend in the process. The 2018 ASpec is a beautiful car inside and out, and trading in my lease for a new one was a simple and smooth process especially since Matt helped to faciliate everything and ensured that I got the best pricing and terms available and truly went to bat for me. The experience was great. 7 plus years later Matt was still at the Acura dealer. He saw me one day getting an oil change on my 08 Acura and he said if you ever need me just give me a call. Most people say stuff like that but don't mean it. He meant every word. I called him and said that I was looking to purchase another car. He said I will work on this right away and right away he did. He knows his customers. He is concerned about the same things that they are concerned about so he is working in your favor. He kept me in the loop with the whole process. I trusted Matt so much that I never went to look at cars because of my work schedule but because he knows me he had already looked at a car that he thought that I would like. That is an understatement because I love my new 2014 Acura TL - special edition. This is my 4th Acura and I couldn't be more pleased. Matthew Wendelken is the very best and Piazza Acura is fortunate to have such a great person on their team. More

The sales person had not explained that there were issues with the transmission itself and that there had already been software upgrades. I would probably chosen to purchase an older model, I continue to have problems with the "smart" transmission. I can drive the same way and sometimes it runs smoothly and other times the shifting is rough and abrupt. This is not the quality that I am used to from my last 3 Acuras. There is no way to be notified when there is a software upgrade.....I have to wait to bring my car in for an oil change to see if one is available. Until then, Rough Riding it, and unhappy More

I was satisfied with our experience of purchasing a new car. Jonathan did a great job in working with us to find the RDX that we wanted. He was very professional and answered all of our questions.
