I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I called on Monday, 12/16/2024, and spoke with a salesperson about a specific car that was still available. I even offered to leave a deposit to ensure the car would be held for me until I could come in on Wednesday, 12/18/2024, since the salesperson was off on Tuesday. I was reassured that “these cars don’t move that fast” and it would still be there. However, when I followed up via email to confirm my appointment and discuss the details, I received a call informing me the car had been sold the previous day because another customer put down a deposit. Was my deposit not good enough? This felt unethical and incredibly disappointing for a dealership with a strong reputation in the area. To make matters worse, I was told they wanted to sell the car above MSRP, which I found outrageous especially since their website lists a price and says nothing about market adjustment (sounds like bait and switch). When I balked at the "market adjustment" of 2-3 grand extra, the salesman then switched up tactics and tied insisting on adding unnecessary extras like wheel and tire protection or extended warranties—none of which I wanted. This entire experience has left a bad impression, and I doubt I’ll ever return to a Piazza dealership if this is how they treat potential customers. More

Lied in direct response to specific questions. Very friendly at service while charging twice as much for the same service as Honda. Acura is a Honda, mostly the same parts, engine, etc. I have owned 9 Honda automobiles. Acura is overpriced and under engineered. Honda itself is not what it used to be. I've had Hondas last well into the 300,000s mile range with barely a problem. You will never see that happen in now. Honda has changed from corporate on down. Sad. But, should you go down the Acura route, avoid this dealership. I am not mentioning any specific person, if one is implied by this web site it is the way site works. More

When I said I didn’t want it, the response was a frown as if I had done something awful. I was told to bring a certified bank check and bring it in the next day they opened. I got it. Then that next day the sales man left a voicemail saying to bring a personal check and that financing was very busy that morning and that I would have to finance more to get the price agreed. I tried to call back and was forwarded to the salesman. I got a voicemail. I called again and was told he was with a customer. I called a third time and was forwarded to another salesperson. Got a voicemail. Finally, I was told he would come to the phone. He said he couldn’t hear me and would call me back. He called back and told me he never told me to get a bank check, that a personal check was better. ??!! Because the sales guy kept the Title of my trade-in car, I immediately drove back to get it because I thought they were taking advantage of me. When I walked in, the whole dealership had one customer. I asked that the title be returned to me and he walked away, then returned and gave it back. He then insisted he never said certified check. He said he is not that kind of car salesman, that he was just trying to help. He said the interest rate for the loan was 8% not 6.9% as stated the day before and I would have to borrow more. He said I could just pay for the whole thing in cash if I did not want to finance more but that I would have to pay $1k more. When I asked to see the terms, 1/3 of the proposed finance amount was put in, making the interest seem much lower. He then said I could not do financing unless I borrowed at least $15k when it didn’t seem to be a problem before. He did not want to take my cashier’s check, then said he would take a lesser amount and refund me the money in another check. I said I would just leave and deposit my cashier’s check back into the bank. He then suggested adding $2.5k to the loan instead of charging my card, and that even though the loan was still less than $15k, he would try to see if another bank would accept it and give me a lower interest rate. I have close to a perfect credit rating. No bank has ever not wanted to have me as their customer. He then said the car was too low a price. That the dealership made a mistake. Well, another dealership 10miles further away had the same kind of car (model, trim, mileage range) for $1k less than what I was paying. This behavior is toxic. If he insisted on anything else, I would have walked out. I was about ready to walk out earlier but thought he was ready to sell and I decided I did not want to do this again. Beware if you need a car the same day. Go with a smart friend. If you want to finance everything, pay for all the extras, then this is the guy for you. I am glad there are other dealerships around this area and while I will use their service shop, I will never buy a car from them again. Sent from my iPhone More

I've been a loyal customer of PiazzaofAcura for over 10 years, but recently, I was on the verge of calling it quits. The prices had crept up, and a treble experience with a different salesperson left me fe years, but recently, I was on the verge of calling it quits. The prices had crept up, and a treble experience with a different salesperson left me feeling pretty frustrated. However, on April 24th, I gave it one last chance before jumping ship. I reached out and connected with a new salesperson, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. From the start, they made me feel heard, asked about my needs and walked me through various options without any pressure. They even broke down the costs in a way that made sense and put me at ease. When my husband joined the conversation, he was equally impressed. This experience completely turned things around for us, reaffirming our trust in PiazzaofAcura. I presented the sales manager and Salesperson with a receipt that I had a firm deal on the table for another car and was leaving to pick it up. If not for Kaleb Naglee I would not be a continued customer. I will recommend anyone looking for a reasonable luxury to him any day! When you inquire who to speak to, please ask for Kaleb! First and foremost, the sales staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of greeting me warmly and answering my questions transparently, they seemed disinterested. I was hit with unexpected fees and charges during the trade in process. When calling them out on they played dumb. In conclusion, my experience at Mainline Acura Dealership was deeply disappointing. The lack of professionalism, shady pricing tactics, and overall discomfort make it a dealership I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your car-buying needs. More
