I thought a better deal was coming my way after buying a new 2023 4Runner, and then returning in 2023 to buy a used 2021.....But NO! I was cheated and over charged for tax title and license. The over charge new 2023 4Runner, and then returning in 2023 to buy a used 2021.....But NO! I was cheated and over charged for tax title and license. The over charge was never refunded on my new purchase to this day. When you are done with this survey before you can submit it you are forced to select YES on the question "would you recommend this dealer ship," The answer is NO but doesn't allow me to put that as my answer.
