Disappointed with Customer Service Rep I went in for an semiannual oil change and the works, along with getting my truck inspected. I had it inspected there for the last 4 years with no I went in for an semiannual oil change and the works, along with getting my truck inspected. I had it inspected there for the last 4 years with no problem, even though I had a cracked taillight for the same period. This time they would not inspect it and tried to sell me a new taillight and battery that was going to cost ~$400. Told them to just do oil change. I went today and got it inspected at another place with no problem. More

Sales were a great help. I have bought several vehicles from Adam Carter. I called him to help my daughter buy a new explorer. He was off but referred me to Mike Allen. Mike was great.
