12/31/20 I drove around the lot, stopped and looked at several of the SUVs (even the Bronco) and not a single soul walk out to me, toward me, or even acknowledged me. Car wouldn't start and battery wouldn't charge. Suspecting a problem with the alternator I had Ford Assistance tow the vehicle to Philpott Ford Service. My service advisor was Keegan Johnson. Hi Suspecting a problem with the alternator I had Ford Assistance tow the vehicle to Philpott Ford Service. My service advisor was Keegan Johnson. His attention was superb. Explained that he wasn't certain how soon they could service my car since it was the end of day and unscheduled. Brought it in Tuesday evening and had it back Thursday afternoon. Confirmed bad cell in battery, no electrical problems. Did overall checkup, oil change and tire rotation. Keegan was very courteous, attentive and made sure that my battery was covered under warranty. I highly recommend Keegan and the Philpott service department. More
