Called Phillip Toyota to schedule a service, the service department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right away. I was told I could wait inside the waiting area where they had coffee,soda and snacks, I grabbed some popcorn and a drink, watched a game show on the TV, and minutes later car was ready, all good to go in less than an hour! I went in for a vehicle recall service appointment. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the se After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the service done. They knew since I called and made the appointment last week that they would need to have my parts and they didn’t notify me that the parts are not available! They let me drive 16 miles to the dealership, wasted my time, my afternoon and my Gas. Only to be told to go back home and wait for another appointment date. If this is what passes for Customer Service, Phillips Toyota fails miserably! More
