The technician David worked on my car. He identified the problem, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed the problem. Service was fine and they got it down quickly. But the little details could be improved upon. I had some bugs on the windshield and they ran the wipers and smeared the bugs all over. Called Phillip Toyota to schedule a service, the service department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right department were able to get me in the same day, when I showed up one of the service men asked a few questions and took the car in to work on it right away. I was told I could wait inside the waiting area where they had coffee,soda and snacks, I grabbed some popcorn and a drink, watched a game show on the TV, and minutes later car was ready, all good to go in less than an hour!
