Bought another Toyota Ryan King has a great manner and is easy to work with. Even through the back and forth over the deal, Ryan keeps it all easy and comfortable. I never thought I would say this about buying a car, but Ryan King makes it an enjoyable experience. I was in for an oil change on the last car I bought from Ryan, and wanted to ask Ryan "a couple of questions", and, guess what; I own a new car. Good job Ryan!! More

lied to i received a e-mail with service coupons and saw 4 wheel alignment for 69.95. 70 bucks. more details said plus tax so 70*7% = 5 or 75 bucks. i call i received a e-mail with service coupons and saw 4 wheel alignment for 69.95. 70 bucks. more details said plus tax so 70*7% = 5 or 75 bucks. i called to make an appointment and verify there would be no additional charges and was told no. there is no shop or hazardous waste for this so the 75 should be correct. well after wasting my time and gas to get there i'm told the total cost would be 130 bucks. i did not ask why because i do not like being lied to so i said no thanks and came home. now i do not care what it cost somewhere else i will not call this place again and waste my time. More

Fast, friendly & thorough The A/C fan stopped working, and a part was required. Since the part had to be ordered, the technician showed me an easy way get the fan to work wh The A/C fan stopped working, and a part was required. Since the part had to be ordered, the technician showed me an easy way get the fan to work while waiting for the new fan blower motor to come in. I had honestly expected to be fully without A/C until the part arrived, as I had been without A/C for several days prior to bringing my car in. I was very happy with the "quick fix", as well as the more permanent repair. Our Toyota Corolla was purchased at Phillips Toyota new in March, 2016, at which time we also purchased the extended warranty. Our Salesman at the time, Mark Ezzell, told us that the extended warranty would pay for itself in the long run, and he was 100% correct. If and when we need to buy a new car, we will return to Phillips Toyota. More
