When our daughter was looking for a 2016 Toyota Corolla, we called Chad. He was knowledgeable and went out of the way to accommodate her as she had gone to the hospital in the middle of her transaction. He knows his way around the dealership and is well informed about every facet of the Toyota. Now, a month later, my husband and I traded our 2011 Prius2 for a 2015 Prius 3. We called Chad and told him we were ready, and got the same.outstanding service. He is a good reason to continue being a Phillips Toyota customer. More

Good sales experience except for the time it took when we went to pick up the vehicle. We were there around 3 hours which we thought was entirely to long.
