Keith covered everything I needed to know about the car walked around the car while I was on the phone answering questions for me. He had the car delivered the very next morning. It was perfect !! Excellent and fast service form Phillips Toyota! I had a strange problem with my 208 Prius, first with the aux battery dying, then after having it replaced, the instrument panel went out. The panel went dark once I got home after having the battery replaced. Dave was kind enough to come out to my house the same day to check it out since I had just left the service center. I was very impressed with that! Over the course of a couple of days, he kept me informed and even got the car repaired faster than originally estimated. In previous trips to Toyota, I found their prices for repair lower than local service centers and with the car being Prius, I feel more confident taking it to technicians who are familiar with the car. Phillips Toyota gets 5 stars from me and I will always bring my car back there for service. More

He proceeded to show us all the Corolla's and explained the difference in each model and after we had chose the "S" model, he explained all the functions inside and out. When we returned a couple days later to pick up our new car, Mr Lake met us and proceeded to assist in getting all the paper work completed in a timely matter. Many thanks to Mr Lake for all his help. Mr Prado in finance gave me two email addresses that I was suppose to be able to contact him on but neither are good email addresses. More
