Second Opinion of a problem After hearing that repair was necessary immediately from another repair shop, I stopped at the Toyota dealership to have them take a look and tell me After hearing that repair was necessary immediately from another repair shop, I stopped at the Toyota dealership to have them take a look and tell me what was wrong. They diagnosed it quickly and got me back on the road the same day even though it was a Saturday and I had been told that it may take several days to get parts and repair my Solara. Thanks, Tania, for your help and quick response to the problem. You will continue to have my business!! More

New Car Purchase It was a pleasure to work with all of the people at Phillips Toyota. Chad Howell was my sales person and he worked with me to find the perfect car. It was a pleasure to work with all of the people at Phillips Toyota. Chad Howell was my sales person and he worked with me to find the perfect car. I never felt any pressure from Chad or anyone in the dealership. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. When the car was delivered, Chad spent along time going over all of the new things on the car. Tim Moore handled all of the paperwork on the day I picked up the car and I also enjoyed working with him. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
Very responsive service department I had a problem with Michelin Defender tires that were to be replaced (at a pro-rated cost) under warranty. Dealership combined warranty sale/work wi I had a problem with Michelin Defender tires that were to be replaced (at a pro-rated cost) under warranty. Dealership combined warranty sale/work with their ongoing tire sale to my advantage. Overall, this is an excellent dealership and I highly recommend them. My only complaint was that most of the tires installed were more than one year old, as indicated by the DOT numbers. One was manufactured in the 13th week of 2015, two were manufactured in the 34th week of 2015, and the remaining one was manufactured in the 3rd week of 2016. Given that my warranty problem was cracking sidewalls, probably due to sun exposure, I was very surprised that they didn't install only the most recently manufactured tires on my vehicle to prevent future warranty issues with the new tires. I suspect that this was the doings of their supplier and not anything nefarious on the part of the dealership. Still, why didn't they install tires of more similar dates? Because I'm a girl and they thought I wouldn't notice? Well, I did notice and I won't let that happen ever again! More

Bluetooth Connection and audio setup Awesome Dealership with equally AWESOME service/tech saavy setup knowledge. Jamie Meyers knows the deal. Worked me through set up with phone and audi Awesome Dealership with equally AWESOME service/tech saavy setup knowledge. Jamie Meyers knows the deal. Worked me through set up with phone and audio to match up with Bluetooth.. He was patient and knew the issues and how to rectify the problem. He made the day bro. I have had only good experiences with Toyota in the past and now in the present that I purchased a new 2015 Toyota Prius 2. This vehicle was purchased new at this dealership and it is now happy in its new home in Port Richey, Florida. The sound system is at par with my other car which I traded in- a Benz ML500. I went with Toyota because the cars last a long time without major headaches. Love Toyota. Toyota is great for us senior oldies and they get us around at fraction of the cost of those German toys for us boyz. Testosterone is not much of a concern now. Anyway, these guys take the time with their customers and that in itself is commendable. Ken Fairbanks More

Once we did make a decision on what we wanted he did everything to get us the truck/color we wanted. We appreciate the sales approach by giving us time to think about it. More
Our salesrep made buying a car what it should be. I hope Phillips doesn't edit this post because it's true and a credit to their fine reputation. I read the positive and most importantly the negative I hope Phillips doesn't edit this post because it's true and a credit to their fine reputation. I read the positive and most importantly the negative comments on the auto dealers' sites in Leesburg then went shopping. Phillips is the only one that met my expectations and I was there twice on scouting missions. Only need was that my 'sig other' could sit in passenger seat and not have her hips hurt. We limited it to Japanese brands. When we arrived at my historical favorite, Honda, we were attacked walking to the showroom. The 'next in line' introduced himself and started the process. Tony was absolutely great in a Dansel Washington way. I really liked his approach and bearing. But His managers kept butting in because he wasn't closing fast enough. He did a fabulous job and I asked the manager why he got himself between me and the salesman. Excuses galore. Two different 'managers' got into the process unwanted and unneeded. Unfortunately, no Honda fit the need for my pals' comfort. When we left, my way was temporarily blocked by some guy that Tony called 'hi,boss'. Phillips is the only one that met my expectations and I was there twice on scouting missions. Neither my pal nor I had owned Toyotas but in my mind this and Honda are on equal footing. Our previous trip we tried the larger cars (not Camry) and they just didn't fit well. This time we came specifically to try Camry. Met outside by Rep Jim Yost who I gathered is brand new, handwritten business card and not on the list of sales reps below. He said he had been selling Toyota in Ohio before moving here. He asked what I need. We told him we had been there before. The past rep took us for a ride in bigger cars but apparently didn't get us in the system. Shame on him. Jim said he would work with us. He did a great job of qualifying and found Madeleine's specific comfort need. I really didn't care about latest bells and whistles, just that my pal can ride 1500 miles one way in comfort. We tried all sizes, got in the Camry and that was it. Like the Three Bears? Jim worked the process in a confident and thorough way. He never asked for the keys, until we told his we found the car we want and want a price. No one came to see how he was doing. In sales training, we used to call them hunters and skinners. Jim helped us with the model details, went through his dealer checklists and made us very comfortable with the process. As a life long sales skills trainer, I thought he was excellent in all aspects of the sale. We worked the numbers, I got what I thought was fair for me and he orchestrated the final steps. No back and forth other than the one time to get the one and only OK on the numbers. He put us in touch with Dennis the paperwork guy. Because we were selling a personal car and buying a car for a trust, it took us a while to get the wording on the form correct. Dennis prepped and then tore up several contracts until he had it the way we needed it. He never complained and looked for the rationality for why it has to be just so. We left this place thinking several things: Best experience I ever had buying a car: and my brother's brother-in-law was the largest Honda dealer in New Hampshire. Jim Yost was truly a joy to work with and matched my personality. We comes with great selling skills no matter where he got them. I'd get Tony to come work for Phillips and put Jim as his mentor. I hope Jim stays with Phillips and that they see he is quite the asset. More
