Nothing showed on their manual as to what the problem was but with their hard work they got the blessed check engine light to finally leave us alone. Mark has kept our 2009 Prius in good running shape while we are in Florida. I miss them when we are away. More

Excellent Customer Service Drove from Palm Coast on a Friday evening(80 miles) to look at a Toyota Solara. Arrived 45 minutes before closing. Mikey showed us a few cars and we t Drove from Palm Coast on a Friday evening(80 miles) to look at a Toyota Solara. Arrived 45 minutes before closing. Mikey showed us a few cars and we test drove the Solara.It was in amazing condition. At no time were we pressured or rushed. We decided to purchase the Solara and our deal was completed at 930 pm(they close at 8pm). We would take the trip again because of our wonderful experience. More

He makes you feel like a friend during the time you spend with him. He doesn't make you feel as if you are taking up too much of his time even though he is busy. Tom Pardo in finance is great as well. He also takes his time, answers your questions and offers you finance options. Overall they are a great team at Phillips Toyota. More
