We are loyal to Toyota (having driven a 2001 Rav4 for 14 years with no major issues) and finally deciding it was time to trade it in. Having been to other Toyota dealerships, this is the only one we have found that we feel comfortable doing business with. No pressure, wheeling and dealing or salespeople who just want to make the sale.
