Friendly, knowledgeable, but no pushy at all Absolutely wonderful person. He has sold my family 2 cars in the past 3 weeks. He is so patient and gives you the best deal. Worked with Me Had a lot of negative equity and a high mile trade in, but Phillips gave me more for my trade and dealer incentives than any other dealer to get me in Had a lot of negative equity and a high mile trade in, but Phillips gave me more for my trade and dealer incentives than any other dealer to get me into my new Hybrid Rav4. They also let me take the car for the day to accommodate my work schedule and show my wife. Very cool!!! Not to mention Phillips extends the Toyota Care package if you buy from them which no other dealer was offering. More
