Receptionist, Eva Marie; Salesman, AJ Borgnis; Finance Manager, Michael Harvey; and General Manager, Tony Viero were wonderful during our used car purchase. Special thank you to receptionist, Eva Marie, a Manager, Michael Harvey; and General Manager, Tony Viero were wonderful during our used car purchase. Special thank you to receptionist, Eva Marie, as she answered my calls promptly, and was on top of whether my salesman, AJ Borgnis was available, or with a customer. Eva reassured me AJ would return my call promptly when available, and AJ always called back. Eva Marie has many salespersons to keep track of and I found her abilities to be amazing. My wife & I paid cash for our car; as such, Finance Manager, Michael Harvey had all our paperwork ready for us to sign on a state of the art touch flat screen laptop, similar to an IPad Pro but much much larger. Leadership of an organization will take on the personality of its top leader; as such, Phillips Toyota can take extreme pride in General Manager, Tony Viero.
