I have been a loyal Toyota owner for over 30 years, but after dealing with Phillips Toyota, I am done. The sales people don’t listen, they use deceptive advertising in order to get you in, and then they pr after dealing with Phillips Toyota, I am done. The sales people don’t listen, they use deceptive advertising in order to get you in, and then they present you with a market-adjusted price that is hand-written. In my case, it was $11,000 over the advertised price. I walked out and will never return. I can certainly live without Toyota or any Phillips dealership. I would rather drive to Clermont or Ocala than ever go back to Phillips. More

I went in for a vehicle recall service appointment. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the se After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the service done. They knew since I called and made the appointment last week that they would need to have my parts and they didn’t notify me that the parts are not available! They let me drive 16 miles to the dealership, wasted my time, my afternoon and my Gas. Only to be told to go back home and wait for another appointment date. If this is what passes for Customer Service, Phillips Toyota fails miserably! More
