In a very short period of time, Keith helped us to select the new Rav 4 we wanted, had us test drive it and we worked out a purchase deal that we were all happy with. We had gone to the dealership in Ocala on Saturday morning with expectations of purchasing our 4th vehicle in a row from them. We were treated so poorly by one of their sales managers we left and went to Phillips. I was paired with Burton Randal, a very nice salesman, who was top notch and very trustworthy (if you knew me, I don't trust salesmen). The entire staff was very friendly and we were treated with respect. We ended up purchasing the vehicle I started to attempt to purchase in Ocala, and I could not be happier with our purchase experience. My only feedback that is not positive, is that it just takes too long to buy a car. We knew the car we wanted very quickly, but we were there for four hours. This is the same at all dealerships unfortunately. I wish there was a way to make it go faster. More
