developed a whine in my transmission in my 2010 rav4.Took it to Phillips Toyota where I brought it was told the trany was ok by keith.I called Toyota customer service and filed a complaint.Was told to take i it to Phillips Toyota where I brought it was told the trany was ok by keith.I called Toyota customer service and filed a complaint.Was told to take it back to the dealer,was never told there was a memo out about the whine in rav4s.Memo#T-SB-0192-10,sent to dealers July 15,2010,20 pages long.I found out about it after I got rid of my rav4 because the whine got worse.Went back to PHILLIPS TOYOTA spoke with the owner,told me he would look into it and call me back.Never heard back from him!I would never buy another Toyota because I was lied to by the transmission man and never advised by Toyota there was a memo out on the problem.Bad dealership experience,got rid of a vehicile becuse the service dept. didn't repair the problem.Cost me a lot of money to trade for another vehicle that I should not had to get rid of.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We shopped several dealers before coming 40 miles to Phillips and found better dealing with them. They listened to what we wanted and did what we ask. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They were deceitful and misleading. When it became apparent to us what they were trying to do, they had no logical explanation. They tried to get us to sign a form which sho misleading. When it became apparent to us what they were trying to do, they had no logical explanation. They tried to get us to sign a form which should have reflected the final sales price and amount we were financing without the form being completed. Only when I insisted it be complete did it reflect us getting over $5000 less for our trade than initially agreed upon. I can only assume that they were hoping we would not ask too many questions or thoroughly read what we were signing. Not to mention their interest rate of 6.5% with what is considered an A rating credit score. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Orlando to buy your Toyota. More
