Another Sienna Needed to replace our 2000 Sienna, so it was off to see Philips. We bought the first Sienna there, so looked there first. Andrew Hagon, Justin Stoescu, Tom Pardo helped us buy our current Sienna, even staying after closing time to help us get this vehicle, as we had to leave on a Christmas trip the next morning. The car didn't get the standard detailing prior to leaving the dealership, because of being closed, we were asked to bring it back in after our trip to be properly detailed. We found some issues with the car during the trip, which Philips Toyota fixed at no charge. Our whole experience with this dealership (both times) has been very positive and we will be back. More

She always checks to see if there is a recall, so you never have to fear one was missed. I had/have a situation with my radio, the navigation ceases to work, the screen goes black, and it freezes. She looked in to this and had a qualified person speak with me to aid in the resolution of this problem. He stated he had gone to the extent of his knowledge, and would inquire further from TOYOTA itself. He stated he would contact me in the next 7 to 10 days, as soon as he heard from Toyota. I have used the navigation since, and again run into the same situation. BOTH of these people did all they could to determine the problem, and to fix it. More

Friendly Service My husband and I needed a new car to replace his Chevy after it died, I swear by Toyota, so we were hunting for a Camry or Prius. I found a 2005 Priu My husband and I needed a new car to replace his Chevy after it died, I swear by Toyota, so we were hunting for a Camry or Prius. I found a 2005 Prius with it's free CarFax report on AAA.com through Phillips Toyota. It was reasonably priced and well maintained so it was put at the top of our list. After searching a bit more we set up an appointment online with Phillips Toyota. When we arrived we met Andrew and since he couldn't find our appointment in the system he was more than happy to assist us and take us on a test drive. Andrew is very friendly and easy to talk to. He provided excellent customer service and was happy to answer all our questions and concerns. He kept us informed throughout the process and let us know when the car would arrive, and set us a letter thanking us for our business. We unfortunately were unable to get financing since we arrived late in the day, and we weren't thrilled about driving two hours back to get the car, so Andrew and the manager arranged for our car to be brought to us! The two guys that brought the car to us were fantastic. It was full of gas and clean when it arrived at our door. The only down side about Phillips Toyota was that we had to pay a dealer fee, but even with that, the car was still reasonably priced and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much for all your help Andrew and the employees at Phillips Toyota! More
