That was in 2003 and after 13 great years with my Tacoma, I was ready to buy a new one. I visited a couple dealerships that had the truck close to what I wanted, but not exactly -- I was very particular on color and options. The other dealerships were very pushy and told me that the vehicle I was after was not available anywhere in the southeast (as they stated, they can see all vehicles in the pipeline, even for other dealerships). They tried to get me to change vehicle color, or accept a Tacoma without the premium package, but I didn't budge. I contacted Philips Toyota and they had the exact vehicle I wanted. I requested an 'out the door' price and was provided one -- and it was $1,200 less than the next best offer I had been provided -- and that other offer was without the premium package. I worked with Mikey Kuhn and put down a deposit to have them hold the vehicle as it would be a few days before I could get out there. I even worked with Mikey via email to provide him with all the paperwork he would need prior to getting there to make the dealership process quick/easy. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was exactly what I wanted -- I was in and out of that dealership in an hour (including a test drive), and there was absolutely no pressure. They went over the extended warranty options with me, but didn't push me to purchase them (and I didn't). The price they quoted me was exactly what I paid, not a penny more. I live in Orlando, and Leesburg is a pretty long drive, but it was well worth it. The car buying experience was fantastic and I can enjoy my truck with no buyer's remorse. I got the best price in the area and didn't have to haggle at all. I am a Toyota Lifer and I guarantee all vehicles I buy in the future will be through Phillips and with Mikey. In addition, I won't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends that are looking to buy a vehicle. More

Doing Business With Mikey at Phillips Toyota - 12/30/2015 We received a letter from Mr. Randy Ollila, General Mgr. of Phillips Toyota, in the latter part of Dec. 2015, explaining that Phillips wanted to sell We received a letter from Mr. Randy Ollila, General Mgr. of Phillips Toyota, in the latter part of Dec. 2015, explaining that Phillips wanted to sell more new cars before year-end so they would be offering "special" pricing. I called Mr. Ollila to ask who was available in the "internet" section who we could talk with. He explained Jon Harrica who we had dealt with when purchasing our 2013 Prius 2, was now manager of the Internet section, but he would be out of the office for the next couple of days. Mr. Ollila suggested we meet with Michael Kuhn who works in the internet section. We met the next 2 mornings for about 90 min. each morning with Mr. Kuhn and we finished our second meeting by signing a contract. Then we met with Tim Moore, Business Manager, for about a half hour to finalize the all paper work. Then we drove home in our new "sea glass pearl" 2015 Prius 2 .
