I was called to make an appointment for air bags, it took 4 appointments to actually have the bags there to install, then they told me about the read end recall(they inspected it at air bag recall time), I s 4 appointments to actually have the bags there to install, then they told me about the read end recall(they inspected it at air bag recall time), I showed up at 8:30 left truck, they called at 11 am to tell me they refuse to do the recall. This place has NO CONCERN for customers time, they wasted mine and two friends(one to follow me there and one to take me to pick up truck). More
The service department is unorganized and there is always a guessing game for how long it’s going to take for someone to acknowledge and help me. The check in process is chaos. Now I’ve had to schedule another appointment and inconvenience myself for what will be the 4th time for the same issue. More

I needed a hard to find key fob program for my 1999 Prowler. Turns out that Phillips Chrysler is the only one that has the program. They had me out the door in 30 minutes and it works great. The workmanship with this dealer is excellent. However, they no longer take American Express. This was not communicated to me upfront. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this service center twice now. Everyone is very pleasant and goes above and beyond to help.
