Good service, but The check-in process has always seemed a bit dis-organized. Customers not sure of where they need to go or what they need to do to check-in. Once ch The check-in process has always seemed a bit dis-organized. Customers not sure of where they need to go or what they need to do to check-in. Once checked in everything runs smoothly, but to stand there in front of the glass booths housing the service advisors without any direction as far as who to talk with seems inefficient. It would seem, having a service rep available to check you in, taking down basic info that is then handed over to a service advisor while you wait at your vehicle would be more efficient than a group of people standing in front of the glass enclosures viaing for someone, anyones attention....waiting longly for the “Ok, who’s next?” announcement from one of the advisors. The service rep would then place a numbered cone on the roof of your vehicle corresponding to the service number of the order the “rep” has handed to the “advisor” .... so the advisor can find his “next” customer. Also prevents the ultimate crowding around the service advisors glass cubes. Just a simple observation from a customer looking for more organization and efficiency. Thank you. Dean Ebersberger More
WARRANTY ISSUES TOOK MY 2014 DODGE DART IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OIL PRESSURE SENDING UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WA TOOK MY 2014 DODGE DART IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OIL PRESSURE SENDING UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. MY VEHICLE HAS LESS THAN 30K MILES AND I JUST CANNOT BELIEVED THAT THE SENSOR FAILED THAT QUICK AND AS CRITICAL AS IT IS, (TO LET ME KNOW MY ENGINE HAS LOST OIL PRESSURE), IS NOT COVERED. ANY OTHER SENSOR WOULD IT BE OK. More

Terrible customer service and scheduling Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment ahead of time. Took over 2 hours and never got tire rotation. Don't believe everything you're told Went in for a recall issue that was an easy fix and a couple dash light issues. Was told the speed sensor control needed to be replaced, front brakes Went in for a recall issue that was an easy fix and a couple dash light issues. Was told the speed sensor control needed to be replaced, front brakes and rotors needed replaced and right front hub bearing needed replaced. $1500 estimate, LOL! Changed the speed sensor and brakes myself, less that $100 Rotors and hub bearing were perfectly fine. Will never go here again. More

Fixing the Radio I have to give a shout out to the service dept at Phillips Chrysler in Ocala. I leased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee just a couple of weeks ago, and the radio I have to give a shout out to the service dept at Phillips Chrysler in Ocala. I leased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee just a couple of weeks ago, and the radio went on the fritz. When I took it in to be serviced, it was playing and displaying normally, making me look like a doofus!, but Scott Sherman took me at my word and had it run through diagnostics. They determined it was faulty and set me up for a replacement. When the part was replaced, I got all the way home and noticed it was different to the unit I had before and I didn't have access to all the features on the vehicle, because the new screen was missing several apps. I drove all the way back into the service department, and Abriel Archer was super helpful! He had my truck taken back immediately and got everything working like it should. These guys are terrific. Helpful, patient, understanding and they really want their customers to be satisfied and to come back. I'd recommend this dealership and service dept to any and everyone. More
