I had my front brakes done. The machine to machine the rotors was not working. I don’t think anyone did an inspection because my rear brakes are squeaking. So if I need rear brakes or an adjustment I will have to pay extra to bleed the brakes again. I am not happy if I have to bring it back when it should have been inspected and I should have been asked about the squeaky rear brakes. I don’t even think they took it for a test drive or they would have heard the brakes squeaking. Not happy. More

They’re not concerned with customer service, only concerned with making money. Bought a vehicle from them & went in for my free first time oil change and tire rotation and was told it would cost me. concerned with making money. Bought a vehicle from them & went in for my free first time oil change and tire rotation and was told it would cost me. Finally got the worked out after 20 minutes of back and forth. I asked service center to check a check engine light, they. said they couldn’t scan it because they didn’t have the proper scanner. When I complained changed their mind and said one of the mechanics had a scanner and would. Came back and said I had a bad battery and if I didn’t have a good battery they couldn’t scan it. Offered me a battery for $430.00! Seriously?! When I said no way, they said they couldn’t do a scan. Question, why not put a good battery in it, run the scan to make sure it’s not another problem? Guess it’s easier to gouge someone with a battery at 3 times the price. Long story short, went to AutoZone got a battery and problem fixed. Have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership so you would think I would get better service. VERY disappointed! More
