The oil change I was given ruined my driveway at my home. My last visit I was to have my oil changed. When I arrived home I did notice some moisture under my car but was so tired because I was also coming hom My last visit I was to have my oil changed. When I arrived home I did notice some moisture under my car but was so tired because I was also coming home after work. I assumed it was from the air conditioning system. The next day I was getting ready to get in my car and the oil was all over my driveway. I had to find transportation to work and have my car towed back to the dealership. They fixed the problem with car and attempted to clean the oil from my driveway. I kept calling and requesting that they finish the clean up. Two weeks ago I made another call and they assured me someone will be back to finalize the clean up. They told me that they would be back and since have never returned. What has been left is a large stain on my driveway. This is my home that I own. I can’t believe they didn’t follow up after SEVERAL calls and false promises. I took pictures every time I called. This brings the value of my home down now. I would like a resolution. More

Scheduled appointment Arrived for a 7;30 appointment...when I checked on status of car at 9;30 was told that my paperwork failed to get sent back to work area, thus car was Arrived for a 7;30 appointment...when I checked on status of car at 9;30 was told that my paperwork failed to get sent back to work area, thus car was still parked in holding area. I had an appointment work scheduled back at Citrus county and could not accept more wait time. Wanted to speak to service manager but was told he had someone in his office. While service manager tried several times to call my wife, we failed to connect with him as we both still have day-time jobs. I had an excellent buying experience but felt there was no "control in customer follow-up with customers in waiting area of service". I will never return nor will I recommend a friend. More

100,000 mile service appointment Appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM arrived at 8:45. No wait left dealership at 8:55.AM. Service rep. promised to call when vehicle was ready. Notif Appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM arrived at 8:45. No wait left dealership at 8:55.AM. Service rep. promised to call when vehicle was ready. Notified that vehicle was ready at 3:00 PM. Arrived at 3:45 to pick up vehicle. Discussed service provided with service rep. checked out vehicle and was on my way by 4:10. No hassle, all in all a very successful day. More
