Took way too long to do a simple repair. Over 2 hours to do a 15 minute job. It wasn't until I threatened to go back to the shop and do it myself that they even began the repair. Also there was a hole poked in my seat from either keys or a screwdriver. The mechanic was kind enough to leave a screwdriver in my truck which I didn't find until I got back to NC. 10/10 will never use this facility again. More
