Jim Garvin handled my service. I had a screw penetrating my front left tire. I was informed that the tire was patched from the inside (which in my opinion, is the best way to fix i I had a screw penetrating my front left tire. He even went out of his way to come and open the door for me (as I am cripple and don't get around so well). He is kind, efficient, and genuine; a rare combination these days. More

Everyone & everything went so smoothly. Scott & the rest of the Phillips crew were outstanding. Thank goodness for my Phillips warranty on my 2015 van.
